Awesome. The pancake jack is awesome but the puller is a giant leap forward. The seats get stuck especially when using a lot of caustic and I can't tell you how many of the duck billed pullers Ive seen broken. This gets 360 degree grip on the valve. So awesome what you guys are doing

We recently got one of these during my days off, it didn’t last very long. I don’t how it came(in package) but it would have been great to have this video link for the guys who used it or instructions.
