Very interesting topic! You should make more videos related to nursing and you are doing an amazing job to explain this topic.😊

wow!! I love how you explain the pathophysiology of the disease. It really helps me solidify and remember the S/S and TX. I suck at memorizing and find it very frustrating not knowing the why behind any disorder. Please keep making these videos!! you have really helped me in nursing school, and I'm so grateful!!

Great video and I like it how simple you explain it. But you said(4:20) that glucose is infiltrated, so in other words present in the urine. But isn't this wrong?

what stops the doctor from thinking they are just having a UTI when they come in? the manifestations are similar and the urine test strip would be the same. How do they know it's more serious and to give them the right treatment?

@@MarivicGore so for the past year we were told to watch his pee (bubbles and blood)- we also have gotten tests done 3 times since- his pee and the results indicate he still has small amounts of blood but it’s less then it was when he was at his worse/ our dr is Boston children and they said it has a potential to go away after a year- so in 4 months we will go back again to get further information
