I have my ent exams in a week and you got almost my whole syllabus covered . Thank you . Tip : 1. it will probably be better if you talk a bit slow in the videos . 2. why is the predisposing factor cleft palate? Are these contains are from dingra??

Lukash Adhikari : In a cleft of the palate, the aponeurosis of the tensor veli palatini, instead of attaching along the posterior border of the hard palate, is attached along the bony cleft edges. This abnormality in the tensor veli palatini decreases its effectiveness as a Eustachian tube ‘opener’ and increases the incidence of middle ear effusion and middle ear infection Yes, the contents of my videos are mostly based on the recommended standard textbooks for Indian students.
