For the certification of documents, do i have for passport go to Department of Foreign Affairs for PH passport, and then for Drivers License go to the Land Transportation Office PH for them to certify it? Or can I just go to a registered lawyer and have it all certified thru him? Thank you in advance. :)

If you have a court house next to you, they offer the Notary service. You can also take it to an Australian commissioner in your country and they will do it for you. You might have to pay something for it.

In Australia full time working hours is working at least 8 hours per day for 5 days in a week so this can me Monday to Friday. Or you can calculate it as working at least 40hours per week. So if you were working part-time then you need to prove that you have at least 2 years working experience instead of the 1 year full time experience. Hope it's clear.
