it's balanced diet that goes well for your body at the moment. if it doesn't work for you, then try other things. she's vegan for a couple of years so maybe, she is already used to it by now. what i meant is that holly already knows what she is and isn't compatible with. it's a tough process, the beginning is always difficult but you will gradually improve for sure if you do what's right for yourself. though, it's not bad to experiment and do crazy stuff, you should stick with your habits and abilities. however, life's too short to just be in the "safe zone" so it's okay to be wicked sometimes haha. the answer in short is that she depends mostly on fruits and veggies which are definitely the best choices for anyone's health because that's where we get most of our needed vitamins but you can eat however you prefer cause it's your choice after all. also, a good mental health and daily exercise or stretches can also help you be more productive. the point is that, we (not all of us) are so used to eating fast or junk foods that without them (sugar, caffeine, unorganic preservatives, etc.), we tend to get drained or not fully functional at all. food is one of those factors where we get our energy throughout the day so what we eat in a daily basis have a big impact on our lifestyle. and if you wanna change your lifestyle, change your habits, change your mind, and change yourself. (this is solely based on my perspective and opinion so i apologize for any misunderstanding)

It helps to be really well acquainted with the topic and do your research/essay plan beforehand. I average about 1h-1.5h per essay (without proof reading and editing) but I rarely sit to write an essay if I don't already have a fairly solid grasp of the topic.

Sharen Sabu I plan about 20-30h per essay (in my case only lab-reports). They are usually between 20 and 40 pages long

I wish Americans spoke like this. I would love it if we said Uni instead of college. British dialect just sounds so much more intelligent
@ellenanthem6 жыл бұрын
University = University in both American English and British English. College = Department or very small University (i.e Emerson College). In Cambridge University (UK) there are multiple Colleges (www.cam.ac.uk/colleges-and-departments ) as there are multiples Colleges at Harvard University (US). In England we also have a second use of the term Colleges - by that we mean education for 16-18 year olds, and adult students taking high school classes :)

Hi Holly! It's such a tough season right now... I absolutely understand your feelings BUT we can do this! Lots to do, little time but we'll break through💪🤓 I have some questions to you: 1) Do you do ALL of your homework+ extra tasks or you sometimes miss the information/lectures, etc. on purpose? 2) How do you memorise large amounts of material?? (say, I don't regularly revise the information for my exams.. so what would you recommend to do to remember lots of stuff in a short period of time?) Thank you in advance🧡

You are actually really lucky! I have 19 subjects every week, every subject takes 1 hour and 45 minutes, so monday: 12 a.m - 5:40 p.m, tuesday: 10 a.m - 5:40 p.m, wednesday: 10 a.m - 3:40 p.m, thuesday: 10 a.m - 5:40 p.m, friday: 12 a.m - 5:40 p.m and saturday: 8 a.m - 11:40 a.m (+hour ride to make it to the uni). We also have academic week in about 2 weeks, we supposed to finish every project, that we had during semester and week later we'll have first exam,we still don't have questions for exams (we pass exam not by writing essays or doing test, we actually chat with proffesors on given questions with additional questions of course). So don't panic, you'll make it, it's not so bad after all P.S: first year (out of 4) , applycation mathmatics and informatics, Saint-Petersburg
