Sir, the justification which you are giving for each point is not justified. Ex:- 1)Young auditors for such a huge group is not justified . Some seasoned auditors are required and junior auditors can support. 2) When CF value is less than 1 then certainly is very risk. 3) In all companies Adani is controlling 75% of shares under promoter quota.
