So I tested it and dragon Q proc 2 lethal tempo stacks on the champion hit and 1 more stack for each other TARGET which means that you get one more stack for each champion, minion, monster, turret and even plants hit by your Q Bu you need to click on the champion, if you Q, click on a minion and hit a champion with the AoE it gives you 0 stacks

generally you would take ignite if it means that you will win in an invade against an enemy jungler, that is to say without ignite you lose, and with ignite you would now win. my best example is if im playing a weak early farming jg matched against a warwick, taking ignite dissuades him invading me since i would have a good chance at winning the 1v1 with the dmg+healcut

At 4:58 you say you should've ignited Trist, but she actually dies frop Aphelios's red buff and I'm pretty sure lulu might have died against Camille 5 seconds later without it. Turns out it was the best thing to do
