Hey, nice channel, wish you good luck. Also, I'd like to ask you not to change the rhythm while playing. I think, you are trying to show emotions, but you should not do it by slowing down the music. If I was playing this on violin and you were playing this as accompaniment, it would be a lot of work to make us play together. Accompaniment is for showing solo player the rhythm and adding harmonic backstage music. You play here like solo, where you can change the rhythm anytime. Playing accompaniment is about playing exactly what is written in your notes, because the other person who should play solo has learned this as it was written in his/her notes and you both should play everything in the same rhythm. What about adding emotions on piano, If you press stronger/lighter or if you use right side pedal this creates emotions you need. You can also use right side pedal for every first note in a bar to create a "beat". I don't have a lot of knowledge about adding emotions on the piano but this is the main instruments to create variety. This music is like whole piano, whole legato and slowing this down creates a bit boring impression + like you are making mistakes in reading notes. Try to add more volume, try to practice more before making the video, try to experiment with adding the beat, try to play something with allegro tempo, that needs less emotions, but more finger work (you are very good in this), download counter for your mobile while training, that would beep for you. xD That's all. I hope this would help you improve a lot.

Thank you for you comment! While accompanying a singer, you have to be careful to let him/her breath sometimes, and be adherent to the fraseggio leaded also by the lyrics... plus many other difficult things only singers know! :-D Every video posted here is carefully studied to let a singer express her/himself with a backing track played respecting also traditional cadenzas and other variations. It’s generic, of course, playing in person is much better and easier, but I hope the choices I make can leave them some space for interpretation, even if it’s just a recording :-) Please subscribe, and have a great day!
