did you calibrate the ad9833 output power or not?

I just completed the arduino and 9833 part of the project ,excludind the tda2030 part and at the output, I have a sinusoidal signal of 600mV peak-to-peak. Can I use this amplifier to raise the signal up to to 5V or do I need a module with more gain? I will be using it for a component curve tracer project. Great video!

Something isn't precise. The generator shows 7000 Hz but the oscilloscope shows 7.2 kHz. What is wrong?

Time bases are only as good as their crystals and also when measuring frequency on a scope, a stable waveform to provide a consistent trigger level.

This is not an accurate device, it is unnecessary to build such a time-consuming one, you can get it cheaper ready-made that is accurate.
