Ada & Dexter: A Cat Love Story

Maine Coon cats Ada and Dexter have known each other since Ada was 6 weeks old and they now have kittens together. They really like each other a lot and this video shows the story of their cat love!

When little Iris is on the bed with her dad and he starts to use his paw to swipe at her and stops. Then he looks at Ada and she gives him that look, like don't you dare. I keep watching that over and over. Your videos are so well done. And their faces are so expressive. And the music is perfect. Thank you very much for your work. You are very talented. This film made me smile and cry throughout, I think it’s a first, I’ve never seen a film that has captured two cats in love with each other in real life, I’ve only seen it portrayed in cartoons. It’s funny because I’ve been hoping that dad would make a film like this, then last night I found it and my wish had been granted! This film is so touching… isn’t it?! We’re a right pair of romantics aren’t we!! Ahh well… it’s good to know that there’s still some of us out there! 😄🩷💕💞💘

The lush, romantic music is the perfect accompaniment to their epic love story. It wasn't exactly love at first sight, but kitten Ada was fearless and Dexter clearly respected her refusal to be intimidated by his bluster. The rest is history. I'm captivated by their relationship (sorry, Luna) and will be rewatching this again and again.

This is such an enchanting film that perfectly captures the love birds romance. Dexter has been a smitten kitten with Ada for some time and it was inevitable that their relationship was going to blossom! Just look at her! Beautiful and so sweet natured… how could he resist?! And who could blame Ada for loving Dexter, he’s so handsome and charismatic! I love how Dexter puts his arms around Ada, it’s so sweet… and at the end of the film when he nudged his head on her, he’s such a big softy!! these two have a true romance! I really think you have an extraordinary talent! If you are open to suggestions - and I hope you won't consider this a 'chutzpah'... - but could you please (please, please...) make a video of Luna - who was waiting all her life... for Dexter... 'the love of her life'... to the music of ABBA's song: 'the day before you came'. What do you think?

@@SarahBronte99 I know how much you love Luna and she is very beautiful, but… her romance with Dexter was very brief and they never bonded as close as Ada and Dexter have. I was thinking of The Name of the Game as a song that would fit, but I feel that the time has now passed. I think that a film with Luna and Buster who are soulmates would work, they spent time in the forest together and there’s lots of touching moments of these two together. Maybe a film with Freya, the love between a mother and daughter, that’ll be good for Mother’s Day! I’m a bit of an abba fan too…. Ok I confess, I’m their biggest fan!! I’m just not sure if dad would want or be allowed to use abba songs, but I’ve matched so many to his films and it would be amazing! 😊

Oh my goodness, Ada was such a sweet little girly-girl. Midas is the "spitting image" of his Mama. I guess it was just meant to be that Ada & Dexter would be the parents of the 4 little rascals! A wonderful video & the music was perfect! I have already watched it 3X 😄❤

What Beautiful family. I love all them. But my favorites are the kittens. My two favorites were Midas and Iris, but Achilles and Icarus have gotten to be so cute.
