Something great is happening with some young Nigerian girls like you who come on KZbin to showcase beautiful Nigerian homes and infrastructure. I’m not in Nigeria but I’d watch things like this all day long. As you know a lot of us are building back home and the more you show the more money and inspiration flows into Nigeria. Well done for your amazing work. Keep them coming. You got me subscribed.

Igbos need to review the way we build roads and tree planting in our cities!!! Tar roads from bush to bush with closed drainage systems. Land lords plant at least 3 trees, old and dangerous one cut and replaced. Paint exteriors of our houses at least every five years!!!!

The most beautiful and valuable place that I saw in this your video is Ada Palm. It has been serving generations upon generations and continue to serve till the end of the world if properly managed. I love green revolution. Numerous Hotels and estate is like animal kingdom no matter how fancy it they look like.

Everywhere looks deserted , folks are all in Lagos developing , why can’t we have world class estate , cables and pipes run underground, offices and business buildings with modern structure . My heart ❤️ broke down seeing where the lady introduced as Owerri business area !!!

How many plots of land have you bought in owerri?

Beautiful houses without corresponding pedestrian lanes/paths shows that there's no one at the ministry of Owerri capital development Authority, environment or planning. All they do is wait for allocations from Abuja and squandering them

I love Owerri. I last visited this beautiful city in 1986 while I was serving my NYSC. It has since grown into a very exquisite city. I remember Ikenegbu layout, Aladinma estate, Weatheral Rd. Amakawhia.. etc. Thanks for bringing back my pleasant memories. I hope to visit Owerri again when next I come home to Nigeria.

In 2020 not a single bicycles lane, I enjoy travels to countries with dedicated cycle lanes so that I can take my bicycle with me, the Nigerian infrastructure don’t support my lifestyle as the irony in Nigeria is that cycling is for poor people but in the Western World it is the other way round Nigeria needs to look into bicycles infrastructures, as cycling is a way of life and my choice means of moving around whilst staying super fit.

Owerri has a concentration of hotels, filling stations and shopping centres. It's because Owerri is supposedly a touristic hub. So you come to the city, you freshen up in a hotel, do some exotic shopping, and move around with enough fuel in your car

In my opinion Owerri is far more beautiful than any other city in the east but the prices of those buildings are too much.180 million can buy 2 standard ,even more better in lekki lagos

You are funny. Those houses there are far better houses in lekki. Just be honest to yourself.

Hey? Good content. Could you help me out with an answer on how developed and safe Amakaohia-Akwakuma is? I have plans of staying there and I’ve been told about Rochas Estate. I hope I’ll get a reply soon enough from you. Thank you

@zeeondemand4 жыл бұрын
Amakaohia-Akwakuma are relatively safe areas, they are also developed to an extent as well with good roads and considerable stable power supply for the most part. Depends on where exactly you’re looking to stay cos amakaohia-akwakuma is quite big
