Hi friends in this Video i share about the Preparation of Instant Adai Mix which can be very much helpful to our Children who are working & staying out . Try this Home made Healthy, Tasty & Traditional recipe .
INGREDIENTS
Raw Rice - 1/2Cup
Idly rice - 1/2 Cup
Toor dal - 1/2 Cup
Bengal Gram dal - 1/2 Cup
Urad dal - 5 Tsp
Moong dal - 5 Tsp
Red Chili - To taste
Asafoetida (Katti) - A small
Curry leaves - 4 Springs
Salt - 1/2 Tsp

Hi Akila mam with this dough we can add javarisi and soak it till it absorb the water and add onion, coconut, coriander, curryleaves just put like pakoda and deep fry it its called Thunuku.. Sure will try this method Thank u

Clean the kadai as soon as the cooking is finished . Don't keep it unwashed for long time . And don't use again & again without washing on same day . These are all the things i follow sister . Thank You
