The UK have a system called NICE. National Institue of Care Excellence. A lot of info on it there website. I've been on it for about 18 months now for Psorasis, Easy to use in pen injector form. I've never had any side effects , the injector is easy, and dosen't hurt! The patient information sheet is at first look , very daunting. But it is written by lawyers . Read up from reliable scources and make an informed decision. Best wishes.
