They are protesting against two tier policing and the government pandering to Muslims and illegal immigrants and others who don't respect our country. Orthodox Jews follow British law. I haven't seen mobs of Orthodox Jews patrolling cities saying not to drink alcohol and harass girls for not wearing headscarfs, praying loudly, calling for Sharia or Jewish law, saying the local and other religions are hellbound, disproportionately raping including children, calling the country a Jewish country, spitting on people for wearing crosses or other non-Jewish items, bullying people in schools or prisons for not being Jewish, threatening or harassing locals for eating in public during Ramadan or whatever fasting season. There aren't no-go areas of Orthodox Jews here or in Europe. Also they aren't here saying "I'm not British, I'm Jewish" while enjoying all the benefits of living in the UK when it suits them. If orthodox Jews are trying to convert everyone and impose their own laws over British people and destroy their laws, culture and history then yes, I would oppose it. You ask if it's only a problem if Muslims do it... It's only the Muslims that do it, that's why everyone else has a problem. The rest of us are able to keep our religions to ourselves and be normal British citizens in public, it's not difficult.
