Moma B i understand, but i have seen other interviews where the interviewer can’t help but ask about it and they know he can’t say anything. So this one was just Nice that she respected him enough to not ask about it 😊

@@MariaLonfeldt I think there are cases when they can ask, even though knowing there won't be any answer, but they can say at the end that "he said nothing about SW", and there are cases when they cannot even mention SW. Somehow I think this was like that. Nothing else were mentioned but his Oscar nomination (BlacKkKlansman as a reason for that) Burn This as the focus of the interview, and AITAF, which I think is kind of a deal all the time so he can do some marketing for it. Especially that right now he could bind the two together. I'm actually surprised that only 50 veterans were invited, I thought they had an extra show for only military audience. Otherwise interviewers usually mention the list of directors he worked with, etc. This was a very short interview. :(

Can confirm, I met him last week at the stage door after Burn This. He is even more gorgeous irl but I managed to have conversation with him without breaking down. He was sweet humble and incredibly charming, he was also massive!

It’s a tad strange his fear of letting anyone ask about his current life at home - I mean, he’s not a robot or an alien and can’t he handle just saying ‘ my wife and I’ created it together’. I mean big deal. She’s not going to break and the mere mention of her. Private life is fine - but pretending she doesn’t exist is weird.

In cultural management that’s a big deal, because a cultural organization usually works with two heads: artistic and administrative, so Joanne’s role is really important. She deserves that recognition

But, I have seen a few fairly recent interviews where Adam says he started AITAF with no mention of his wife as co-founder. Now it's not right to speculate or gossip of course. Uh he's an Academy Award Nominee, a Tony Award Nominee, has a great active career as an actor even in this pandrmic, he's married, and has a kid. What is there to be sad about with him?! Are you assuming something that isn't there? He's just a private guy who wants to act in film or theater that mean something to him. He didn't expect fame and crazy fans all up in his face at the level it is now. He's allowed to feel uncomfortable with it. The public needs to fuck off and mind their own business. He doesn't need anyone's sadness or pity. That's an insult to him and his family.

It was really early in the morning and he had just finished a week of performances for Burn This. I went to go see it twice and he is so physical onstage...it was like he was running a marathon the entire time. That was taped on a Monday (You can see me behind him) which was his only day off. He basically walked into the studio, did the interview, and left. I’m sure he was exhausted and went home and slept for 12 hours lol.
