What bugs me are two things... 1) I didn't see any antiseptic before to clean the lobes prior to piercing and 2) she didn't wear gloves. Otherwise, the kid pierces look good.

Don't take your piercing out for at least 6 weeks. Like don't even switch them out until that time period because it can still get infected.
