Adams voice is simply enchanting. His voice really is a gift from god and the older he gets the better he is sounding. He can sing anything. You should hear him sing Who Wants To Live Forever live with Queen at the Isle of Wight Festival

I like that I can go from watching something like his citizen vein era song Crawl through fire at the zodiac club to listening to something like The vanquishing of the three headed sea witch from Andrew Lloyd Webber to the Give the people what want, to then songs with queen.....great variety of genres Adan does. But velvet is my favourite

Beautiful song, gets me teary-eyed everytime I hear it. On Adam's "Velvet" album he recorded a song called "LOVERBOY" and that song is oozing Prince vibes because he sings Falsetto (Adam also loved Prince) and I can easily hands down see Prince sing it himself! Who knows if Adam was channeling Prince! No problem with that. Thanks for your reaction. 😃

Dearest Roskoe, So now you've ventured into the Velvet album. Adam wrote these songs with a 1970s vibe, but your reaction that he was channeling the legendary Prince Rogers Nelson is spot-on. In fact, when Adam performed songs live from his Velvet album, he even dressed in the manner of Prince with the designer suits, jewelry and high-heeled shoes. I agree with your comparison of Prince's vocal limitations to Adam's. George Michael was, in my opinion, the vocal master of ballads. Prince was our American Freddie Mercury, and Adam Lambert is the Jewish Luther Vandross, in my opinion (without the raspy tones). Yes... this song has that Prince-like sound similar to "Nothing Compares 2U" by Sinead O'Connor, which was written by Prince. Glad you're checking more of Adam out, he's s special talent. Def check out something with him and Queen. Great reaction, Roskoe!

Adam gives himself over entirely to anything he sings. He is a phenomenal performer. In a class by himself really. Adam surpasses all who he is compared to in my opinion.

MJ & Prince were his two favorites. The album VELVET this song came from was inspired by the 70's, his dad's records and his mom's soul, r&b records. Adam loved Prince & MJ. Prince sang but wasn't the world's BEST SINGER. Adam', Pavarotti, & Nicole Scherzinger are among my top 50 singers. MJ wasn't a singer - he was something unworldly that I can't describe. The same thing happened to Dave Chappell & is why he turned down the TV SHow offer. Dave didn't know he had sold away use of his name. It also happened to that wedding dress designer Haley Paige.
