#ThereISaidIt is such a beautiful song-ballad & definitely one of my favorites from the album. I fell in love with it from the first listening. Deeply touching. Makes me so emotional every time I hear it. Your voice has so much different colors here & it's incredible. And I like the main meaning: never apologize for who you are. Just be yourself. So thank you for this masterpiece. Adam Lambert ❤

Yesss! A very good message in this song. Went through this when I was about 27 then a few more times. I relate to all of it: wondering what it's like to feel adult, I realized it comes when I don't have to fit into those expectations, when I decide for myself, make choices, and accept responsibility according to my own plans and wishes. (Oh, and right after I decide to stop the drama! I kept having anxiety because of my own thoughts, so I took a step back, decided to eat healthy and stay balanced.) I actually told the "adults" when I was a kid that "you believe in things that were twisted around" - and I did want to grow up and discover the world and hidden potential in myself, but I never wanted to lose that knowledge *while* growing up. What's more, I *always* knew while I was watching the tv shows of my childhood and creating my philosophy, that "there was someone in America" who generally saw things the way I did, and I felt so supported by that idea! Listening to you mention those shows, I realize..... I was right! Do you have any idea how amazing that is? You had anthem songs before but I feel this is that bit more personal, so thank you for putting it out there.

This song, especially through your emotional and moving delivery, speaks the truth for so many of us who have been afraid to speak up for themselves, fearful that people won't accept our truth, or won't like us after they hear it .... so many tears for the emotional release this song represents, and the catharsis it brings to so many of us .. thank you so much, Adam!!!

Teammm Me too. And the tricky "there is no meaning" - of course there is (it's about the ancient Persian tribe who have the true key), just not the preconceived theories and drama imagined by those who read too much into stuff. It's true there is no *hidden* meaning, because it's open to all. :) By the way, we just like triangles too... lol! Look for "The Book of `RAZ" (Dedicated to the song Stairway to Heaven).
