It's not finalized yet and he seemed adamant on doing it, but it wouldn't be the first time Adam said he was going to sign an artist and didn't do it. In season 3 he made Melanie Martinez promise not to sign with any label aside from his and she waited 2 years without getting a contract offer from him and she ended up signing with Atlantic Records, or at least getting her EP produced by them.

There's nothing online aside from speculation about her signing that has come from this video and what he said during the finale. I'm not saying that he won't sign her, just that she isn't signed at the moment. He has also proven that he is willing to sign one of his Voice artists when he signed Tony Lucca. Who knows, maybe he is waiting until after The Voice tour but we shouldn't get our hopes too high until it actually happens.
