I am not lying when I say that this is exactly what I dreamed of when Adam bought the place and did the initial tour of the house for his channel. I didn't even know you knew each other at the time, but I was thinking "Matt would make this place great". Now here we are!

Thats the world of building a $2,000,000 house, and its how you get a $150,000 kitchen renovation Collete and Adam are over here like "Can't we just put in a $100 microwave and $1200 fridge from bestbuy?"

@@Ryan-rp1es im sure Adam had some idea what would happen from building out his garage in Oviedo. Adam isnt the type of guy that has to worry about spending 150 on renovations. For many of us its too much. But matt and adam have 170K+ GT3s so im not sure it matters to them

It was pretty clear by his facial reactions and how much he kept shutting matt down. Cars are easier to spend money on because you can get a return, but that house on the compound he’ll never get his money outve it(other then living in it).

I love this man, its good to see a bit of the behind the scenes to adams life and that something is going to happen with that house as it was evident when he first purchased the compound he wasn't happy with the house and it wasn't going to get used often which isnt the case as its obvious the more viable option is for him to live there. Matt said the absolute right thing that I was thinking; "you might want to fix this up when you get older and fancier". I think the best way to steer them is to just make things more functional and clean rather than any of the fancy stuff or ambitious projects. They will have different tastes and desires in 5-10 years as they get older. Not to mention they aren't going to get the money back out. So something simple is going to be better to start with. I think it's going to help Matt grow too; he'll have to find a way to balance budget, other peoples desires, and not going 100% full tilt his own way. This is going to be such a great series. I am in a similar situation, bought a custom home built in the 90s that hasn't been updated since it was built. Looking forward to watching this transformation!
