I think it was awful. If I put myself in an interviewers shoes…I understand why he went about it the way he did, but it was frustrating to listen to. He was so annoyingly gentle with her. Obviously out of respect for Juice, and her fragility. But for an interview that everyone wanted so badly, and I’m sure Adam would have really loved to have a great, honest, in depth conversation with her. I think ally lotti is pretty weird, I don’t know much about the situation past what was reported, but I’ve been narcanned before and I’ve had a seizure before and I always thought if they narcanned him while he was having a seizure that may have made the situation worse? From my understanding opioid overdoses are usually characterized by severe cardiac depression, slowing ur breathing until eventually leading to you not breathing. Having a seizure is something else, and narcan abruptly and violently knocks the opioids off your opioid receptors leading to precipitated withdrawal which is extremely painful and does all kinds of fucked up shit to ur body on its own. My thoughts are combining a seizure and getting narcanned maybe sent him over the edge since, people have seizure everyday and live just fine after. EDIT: and what Adam said is technically correct, if you die from complications, whatever they may be, as a result of taking a cocktail of drugs, though maybe other factors played into it (being at high altitude from the flight, not getting enough sleep/food/water, being stressed out/in a stressful situation) it is effectively an overdose, even if maybe he didn’t take a lethal dose of those drugs, it’s the whole lifestyle that fucks u up.
