did you know Abel is also know as the 'little drummer boy' and thats where we originally get the song from. so its kinda strange the time line but when he became a angel he played the drum to signal to the other angels to help others on earth, people could sometimes see or hear Abel play his little drum and they didn't know he was a angel so he was named 'the little drummer boy'. (randomly he is also in one story where he signals the start of a war with his little drum)

My guess/theory is that Sera( and the other Heavenly Elders) will appoint Abel to be Adam’s successor as Leader of the Exorcists rather than Lute. Partly cause since he’s Adam’s son, taking his father's place would be symbolic and he’s probably better mannered then Adam was. While also cause Lute was partly to blame for allowing the situation in Hell to escalate.

Overall they are positive good heroic characters, but there is examples like Adam, Lute and Exorcists, and Sera, though for Sera I see a redemption arc, which is a villainous characters. I can see Abel be a both villain and hero. At first he probably will have a revenge on main characters for murdering his father, but when he realizing the whole picture he can possibly turned to be a good guy. Or he is a good guy from the start. Also I can see such characters like Elders being one of the Overarching antagonists in franchise, with Uriell being their leader and main antagonist, but Michael the Archangel is a heroic character and major protagonist in the series, like Emily, who just want protect humanity and Heaven and who against exterminations, because he still see a hope in mankind. About Cain well he Absolutly can be a both villain and hero as I see him. Also I want Judas Iscariot to be a character of this series and a good character just like in Jesus christ superstar, who realized his mistake that he had betrayed his own teacher and friend and who wants to receive his forgiveness. Other biblical characters that I would like to see are Jesus Christ, Jonah, Moses, Joseph, Esther, David, Saul, John the baptist, Virgin Mary, Azazel, Pontius Pilate and of course Eve and Lilith as positive heroic characters, and Noah, Elijah, Goliath, Herod the Great, Ahab, Jezebel, Caiaphas, Delilah, and Horsemen and Beasts of Apocalypse, and Damien the AntiChrist son of Satan as a villainous characters.

I love that we get to see Abel, but it’s always been kind of interesting (/not-neg) to me whenever people talk about Cain being the first murderer because if you think about it, murder straight up hadn’t been invented yet (take all of this with a grain of salt as I haven’t read the bible yet) Yes, he hit his brother with a rock, but he may have not known that would kill him; he may have just been jealous and went “I’m going to bonk my brother over the head, that’ll teach him!” And then when Abel died, Cain was confused because “why’s he not getting up? Did I break him somehow?” He may have had no clue what he just did, which makes him quite a sad character in my opinion Imagine being jealous of your brother, and hitting him once out of jealousy and thinking everything will be fine, only to find out after you’ve cooled down that nope, you can’t apologize for hitting him, he’s DEAD and now you’re going to hell I’d be horrified and absolutely destroyed, to say the least 😢

Since Zestiel is said to be the oldest Overlord, but we don’t seem to have a tip as to how old that is, I’m still hoping it’s the case that Zestiel is Cain. How I’d want it to go down is Zestiel dropping hints at just how old he is by making references to major Earth events and how they affected Hell, such as the Black Plague, the destruction of Sodom and Gamora (and maybe how much fun he thought those sinners were), even going so far as joking about how water-logged those who died in the flood were when they arrived. With the introduction of Abel, we could have Abel visit Hell late in the season and recognize Zestiel’s soul as Cain.

I think it'd be cool if Abel was presented as a villain at first. Let me explain, so basically, only Adam, Sera, Lute, and the other exterminators knew about what was going on. And even after the trial, Sera would've probably made sure that word didn't get out, so Abel wouldn't have known about what his father did and would be angry at the Hazbin Hotel crew for murdering him. Of course, he'd end up finding the truth and would have a character arc of realizing how even people who are supposed to be good, can still do bad things
