this is probably the single greatest piece of engineering TV ever produced... there should be college engineering competitions with these sorts of goals in mind. we could even exclusively used expired food that would be thrown out for the day in america, and then match donations to shelters and food banks.

Love watching these guys, just hate seeing food go to waste. I just seen a homeless grandma in gatlinburg TN. Gave her some food and drinks and she said it's like Christmas :(

the food was food waste as they said. grocery stores throw out a lot of food which looks fine because consumers have high standards. If you have the chance, take a look at the dumpster by a grocery store on a friday evening. I know adam enough to know he would never support the wastage of food that is 100% perfect and edible as food
