Adam Uncut - A1

Supercross is back! For those that don't follow me on Instagram---I've taken the last few weeks off due to a grade 3 A/C separation I suffered in practice in the early part of December. Luckily, no surgery is required, and it's getting better relatively quickly. With racing and life, I operate under two basic principles, control what you can control and do your best. I did both things, and I'm so stoked to be back at the races with my crew.

This is why AC9 is such a popular guy. Acknowledges that people in the stands would trade places with him in a second is just bonus points for his character. Even with an injured shoulder he qualified and made the main when three-digit heros in perfect shape didn't. Says a lot. Keep truckin - hope you heal up quickly and are back in top form soon.

Crazy how you can do so well the whole day at A-1 with a separated shoulder! In 88 I separated my shoulder after rolling a Subaru brat 2 times! I was sitting bitch and my shoulder got caught between the seats! I had to ride my nighthawk 750 to the hospital and my left arm wouldn’t even reach the bars so I had to one hand it all the way! You did amazing considering how bad it hurt and how weak it was! Running Roczen pace for as long as you did! 100% healthy and you will be out front!

0Some people it doesn't bother much.. mine is torn completely.. grade 3. Was riding in 3 weeks. No loss of motion or real pain now except for sleeping on it the last year. Our bodies are crazy Adaptive. Looking great man. Keep up the hard work and heal fast

I have a Grade 4 AC seperation ( no surgery yet) and have tried to ride with it after about 3 weeks & it was painful as hell. Your a badass for riding through it ! Was a good Ride all things considered ! It’ll get better over time as you give it some rest and build the muscles around it. Can’t wait to see the rest of your season. Keep up the great work dude 🤙

And when it happened , I’ve almost never had pain like it . Was so brutal for the first 30 min until I got to my house and laid down for an hour before going to urgent care . Legend has it my collar bone still sticks up to this day 🤣
