Is it just me or native T2 is cheaper to build than native T1 char in material wise for their gear. when I roll my Blue Dragon gear, it was around 20 to 30 upgrade per level it is rare to see single digit on her gear, but recently when I upgraded my thanos and last night my adam, it was so low that I can get 2 or 3 times to upgrade one gear level and I get that a few times

Energy with All attack and Defense reforged. If you ever want to know what CTP is best for a character. Go to the character, click the ctp icon and click on the podium icon. You can see what majority of players use on the character. It's typically right but doesn't work well for old characters that haven't gotten updated in a while and just have a random ctp attached to them.

I don't think energy is the best actually. For pvp authority or refinement (at least mighty both). For pve rage or energy, he is not that good for pve tbh. Energy is decent for both pve and pvp tho.
