Theres a Breaking Bad reference in the Badlands II Trailer.The Tank is based on the Tank from Left 4 Dead.The Engineer's sentries look like the ones from old TDS.The Jack O' Bot is a reference to the Pumpkinator boss from R2DA, and it's name was based off of the Jack-O-Bots from Fairly Odd Parents.The creator is a reference to the owner of Paradoxium Games(BelowNatural)

There are also some references to the game Risk of Rain 2 (this is the developer's favorite game) They are: Void River from hardcore mod Map of the Holy Temple (similar to one and variations of 2 locations in Risk of Reine 2) Commando is a complete reference to the commando from Risk of Reina 2. There may be more references, but those are the ones I can remember.

Ill put more in: (All are terraria references) -Mage Accelerator Skin has a Last Prism from Terraria. -Same goes for Eclipse Commander Skin with the Nights Edge from Terraria as well. -The Old Void Reaver Theme is a Remix or Inspired from the Theme of a Worm Boss Known as “The Devourer of Gods” That is also from Terraria as its a Boss Enemy from the Calamity Mod. -The Star Cannon from the Solar Eclipse 2021 Event Is also a Terraria Reference Because the name Star Cannon is a Ranged Weapon from Terraria Shoots Fallen Stars With a High Base Damage but the TDS Star Cannon is a Railgun with a Powerful Stun Effect. -The Swarmer Has the Bee Gun Also From Terraria and its a mage weapon. It has been said that BelowNatural has played Terraria before but i have no valid proof to see.
