I’ve got 2 tables at my school and I play every single break with my friends, you wouldn’t believe how good my friends got just playing games at school. That was sweet to watch. I recall growing up that many playgrounds had some type of concrete slap ping-pong tables with a steel net permanently installed. That’s another way to keep kids playing. I played mostly at my local community center. We often played for hours When I went away to youth camp for many summers, they had a basement room with 7 or 8 tables and they all were always busy. We’d often play as a group running around the table and whoever didn’t hit was out until it came to the last two players. Then we’d do it all over again. So much fun.
