I cannot say enough that your intro sequences with the drone in the woodlands and music selection is unparalleled, Adam. I am too really looking forward in your return to BC and while it was refreshing to see your images from other places, i really missed your woodland excursions and those amazing photos you always produce! Thanks!👍👊

I really enjoy it when you take me through the composition and your use of depth of field in creating your images. It is enormously helpful and makes your videos rise above the blah, blah genres. I also appreciate the raw file vs the finished file. I suspect I’ve chucked out some of my images because I didn’t understand how to edit them. Greatest intro too!

Thanks Adam... Now were talking, TREES! My 90 acres of heaven up here in the highlands of n. central Vermont is loaded with beech. I have several " bear baskets " up & behind the house. They are clusters of beech stands that typically are loaded with beechnuts in the fall. On closer inspection, many have claw marks on them from the black bears climbing up & feasting on the beechnuts prior to hibernation. Other than the " elephant skin " on these Sottish beech, New England's beeches tend to grow as singular, often times thick trunk trees. The wood itself is excellent for making various tools, furniture, etc. & is an excellent firewood as well, burns hot & will last through the night. You have chosen wisely using these unusual beech for your woodland photography... Bill on the Hill... :~)

For English trees, I'm guessing you should travel to say, England? You're surrounded here by birch, rowan, Scots pine & beech of course; all native to Scottish woodland.Another week there and the bluebells would be worth photographing. Nice monochromatic images.

Oh, how I enjoy these videos! Your drone intros are especially good and the images wonderful, as always. Someone else mentioned that it's good to see you go back to your roots with this trip into the woodlands and I agree. Although they're stunning places, I'll never get to the Faroes or Isle of Skye so please, do some more woodland photography when time permits.

I love these images! Gives me some ideas for shooting in my area. East coast of the states has many deciduous forests and they can be chaotic. We must have got your rain. Last year we broke a record for rainfall. This year not as bad for rain but we've been very green even well into the summer. Grass usually turns brown this time of year. Yes, we've had some areas that are a bit dry but on the whole we've been green which is unusual for this time of year. Thanks for sharing!!!

Adam, I hope you don't mind, but I am "borrowing" a few seconds of this vlog. At the end of a vlog I am editing just now, I show that to help in my inadequacies in woodland photography I am watching your vlogs to learn more. Literally filming myself watching you then stopping it to speak to camera and sign off before going back to your vlog. Any objection to this please just say. (Looking at 5.30 toward 6.00 max) My vlogs are more about getting out and taking pictures as opposed to the technical side.

I think your knowledge of locations in Canada is reflected in your images and I just don't find your images from Scotland/Faroes to be as good. Don't get me wrong I love your work but personally I think your talent lies in capturing images of the Canadian wilderness, which is amazing :)
