To say 'Stunning Images' doesn't seem to do them justice. Some of the most beautiful shots I have ever seen.

That last shot was incredible. The depth. Almost 3d with the craggy rocks in the right foreground and the eye drawn thru the middle. Just incredible. Epic!

Really does lift the Soul, I will never regret the weather there, Huangshan never seems to disappoint. I went in October last, and it was just as amazing as you picture it. Wonderful, I want to go back and stay on the Mountain. The crowds are noisy, but they did help me climb to Lotus Peak. I figured if elderly Chinese have No fear then I can do this! Great video

Hello Adam, I was so moved by your skills of observation. Your images are amazing and yes I would say ' Fine Art ' I loved those cloudy weather systems and those glorious peaks which simply demanded to be photographed. The background music was perfect for this vlog and you will come back fitter that when you went out! As always thank you for sharing your skills and knowledge. I often think... that I am a half-decent photographer, until, I see your work lol

Your pictures are incredible and I really enjoyed them, they remind me of a trip my family took to the Smokie Mountains in Tenn in 1984. My children had never seen the Mountains with the clouds setting all the way to the ground, very beautiful. “Keep shooting”

Stunning Adam, and I'am just looking at the Images and video footage on my laptop, can't Imagine what It feels like to be there. Superb Images and vlog as always just love your work. I know what you mean about the Increase In tourism and in particular Photographers, I'am lucky enough to live in the Scottish highlands and have seen a massive increase over the last four years, we can thank digital equipment and social media for this. Fortunately the highlands still have many locations which are unknown and hopefully will stay that way for years to come. I used think that sharing locations was the right thing to do, but having seen the aftermath of what Increased tourism brings with it, I now think otherwise. I am not tarring all photographers with this problem, but there are a lot that just want to capture that iconic image at what ever cost to the location, I feel that they work on the principle of well I won't be coming back again so I am not bothered what I/we leave behind. It's a big problem up here now and local villages are left with collecting all of the rubbish and mending walls to try and keep on top of the situation but they are struggling to do so. I suppose that's the times we live in. On a more positive note please keep the vlogs coming along with the superb images and technical info always look forward to them, thank you.

Being a Chinese landscape lover, I gotta tell you that you have no idea how lucky you were to encounter such fantastic cloudy condition in Huangshan. Many in country photographers went to Huangshan multiple times but might or might not get such condition once, me included. Love your shots btw.

Back to the Gobi & a most pleasant surprise Adam! There is something very mystical about these mountains. Before viewing I read a lovely comment by Robin Chun below & just knew I was in for something special. I concur with her statement as " Close To The Edge " by YES came to mind right off the bat... I Had front row seats to a YES concert " On The Roundtable " half a lifetime ago at the Hartford Civic Center... The ENTIRE band played including both drummers! Thanks Adam & great shots btw! Haha oh damn. Living in Shanghai, Huangshan is not far away at all (takes around 4 hours: fly, drive, cablecar) so I've been there 4 times (landscapes in summer & winter and also twice for birds). Now you've inspired me to go again. Sigh. I'll start the planning now :D Awesome shots! I will warn anyone who's planning to go that there are *some* very steep (ca. 70 degree, where you use both hands and feet) climbs (near vertical stairs) with only little walls between you and mighty drop offs - I've seen a few people crying out of fear (they really shouldn't have been up there but don't want to lose 'face' with their friends). So only bother if you have little fear of heights.
