Adam I am so glad to see you back in the game and I look forward to seeing you at full force helping Amazon sellers. Thank you for thinking of me and bringing me back on your podcast.

If you guys could get in touch with a senior exec at Amazon and find out why Amazon is so anti seller and tries to make sellers’ lives miserable, that would be a most informative podcast episode.

They aren't anti seller - they are pro buyer - and just don't care about sellers.

@@MyAmazonGuy I think hiring USA based tech support instead of having it outsourced to India and the Philippines would solve a lot of seller frustration.

Adam I have spent years building companies just like you and what you are experiencing is very normal. I have studied the lives of many people and I believe Tony Robbins put it the best way... The key to happiness and fulfillment is Progress! It's never the prize. Andrew Huberman who I am sure you know, put out a research that basically showed people who chase the endeavor, the process have a much much happier and fulfilling life. For me in the Amazon world, I don't think of myself as an Amazon brand as I am not. But I am building a brand and have absolutely no plan to sell my brand any time soon. I have many ideas for product launches and things I want to do with this. I want to build relationships with customers. This gets me going every day even when there is the usual bad news on Amazon. So if your focus is creating a unique brand and growing in the process yourself, you would have a much happier life in my experience and opinion.

535 employees on an agency with $20MM in revenue? Math doesn't add up. So thats $37K generated by every employee. Unless 99% of the employees are making $1 a day in the Philippines, there is no profit here either. Even the lowest level employee in the US is minimum $35K a year . Not discounting Steven Pope's experience, clearly he knows everything about Amazon, just commenting on the reality of this agency business

I run 43% net profit. The outsourcing model allows me to create jobs in PH - creates careers for them where lost cost of living, and helps our ranks. No one else has pulled this off so I totally get why people don't think it's possible. But we did it.

@@MyAmazonGuy Nice, kudos! Yea just could not see the business model if you were hiring US based employees

He is a big liar. This is all BS. I have used him in the past. What a coward. He has no idea what the hell is going on. He keeps saying I am making millions, so he sounds legit. I think and felt it on my own money, sadly. He is BS. He destroyed my brand for a few months when I was by him. Worst decision ever.

steven talks about staying in his amazon lane because that's all people care about but is constantly injecting his right wing politics into his videos. which is it?

If me saying how to fix Amazon problems, or that I feel like pedophiles should be in jail is right wing, I guess
