I have these on my 650 ninja from the previous owner. I'm thinking of buying replacement OEM ones cause they keep falling back away from me even with the closest setting. Definitely not a fan of these if that's how it's supposed to be.

Yep, that’s what I ended up doing. BMW levers are perfect fit and ergonomically perfect for my hand and riding position. Another advantage is in a serious crash, they’re likely to break at the bend and still be useable. I ended up returning these.

Installed blue ASV levers on my 1250 GS last week. The brake master cylinder piston retaining ring was missing from the factory. I pulled out the lever, and the piston soon followed. The brake fluid reservoir emptied down the side of the bike. Ugh. The build quality of the 1250 is much worse than my old 1200.

That's very crazy. I'd put everything back together and have a dealer fix the issue.
