I'd just add another column of bricks from bottom to top, but not in the middle but at about 2/3 of the rack length. It'll take some space, maybe less tanks, but would make the whole project significantly stronger.

Make sure you put a plate on the outlet, as that’s dangerous without it. Don’t want to be shocked with all that water around.

What do you mean by "tank is cycled"? Great video

The tank has to grow bacteria first before it can handle having fish in it, usually takes a few weeks when you first set up a fish tsnk

Be careful adding those baitfish to your main tanks, they often have parisites.

Watch Father fish and learn to do less water changes and setup a food web for your fish/shrimp.
