Great review although personally I would not have changed the PU insole of the AB-03 they are the best part of the shoe if your foot is sliding around it might be the lock down of the upper at fault which also happened to me, so what I instead did to fix the issue was to instead change the shoe laces to the old school flat laces like the converse shoes have.

with the green adams shoes, do you feel more on the balls of your feet and less flat footed? I am not a fan of the flat footed feel. I bought Venum recently and they hurt my feet and are way more flat footed compared to the first time pair of venums I bought years ago. Was looking into Adams

Sorry for the late reply, yes the Adam’s v trainers happen to be one of the most comfortable boxing shoes I’ve purchased, my foot pain has been reducing since using them, that foot pain may be what I’ve been experiencing recently which is called plantar fasciitis, feels like knife stabs underneath the center of your foot.

Thanks for the great review! You have a really impressive bunch of shoes, which is cool! However, I didn't understand something about sizing. I want to clarify some details in comparison with Nike or Reebok. If I wear a size 10 US in Nike or Reebok (and they fit true to size), would it be the right decision to also get Adams O and Adams V trainers in size 10 US, or do I need to go down by a size or half?

I prefer the V trainers a bit more, more versatile on all platforms by that I mean cement hardwood and in the ring, also provides better cushion when jump roping and moving around

All the Adams Boxing Shoes come pretty wide, my favorite of the three variations of there shoes are the v trainers, very comfy and overall a great shoe, provides cushion aswell.

Are the 0 boots good to train in?

No sir, just for the ring, they do not do good on concrete, hard floor or the ground outside

only for the ring the V trainers are the best of the three in my opinion also provide great cushion aswell, the o's are better for the ring or gym floor mats.

The soft soles of the v trainer do work on concrete, the pros do not, just for ring grip
