I agree with you to a large extent with your submission on this issue. I thought the Adelekes and Momodus would have settled this matter for Imades sake. The Childs' Rights Law which has jurisdiction over over Imade places the Child interest and welfare to be paramount in any decision affecting the child. Who will take care of the child better in this case. What David shd have asked the court was visitation rights to continue bonding with Imade. Visit her in her school, take her out to eatries, for a ride or other places as they agree. In so doing they'll be talking, girls need their fathers. This is the beauty of families and a lot family cases are settled like.this Court are usually last resort. Even though it's David that went to court first, pls Sophia in the interest of Imade who we all sdmire, cooperate for settlement out of court. David pls take the case out of court for settlement for the sake of your daughter who you love so much. Don't wait for her to grow up and look for her dad cos it may be too late
