You have to complete the game for Aqua. Also use Goofy's D-Link to upgrade it to the best version. Also make Regen Block (Block x Curaga). Use block and dodge.

Just spam the dodge button, thunder surge him if have the opening.. this is much easier method than this goofy method.. I beat him recently with aqua, on critical, LV. 51

@@nintonintendo1 Being one shotted doesn't mean much against this boss though, since everything almost everything he does brings you down to 1HP, regardless of level or difficulty. I figure, if you can beat any of BBS's Supers, especially this one, you can beat them no matter what level you are.
