Fishing w/ LIVEBAIT for Spillway Giants!

SPILLWAY fish love LIVE BAIT, so today I went and did some live bait fishing using live bluegill and we caught some spillway fish! It was SO MUCH fun doing some good ol' spillway fishing with live bait and I will be back soon to catch more fish in the river at this dam / spill way!

Adam, box turtles are land based and can completely close themselves inside their shell. That looked like a common red ear slider. Hope this helps.

You need a weight on that set up. So the bait only has a 6inch space so the fish has a better strike zone. If you want to learn more watch other fisherman that are beter.

You’re definitely correct on the strike zone but when I use the heavier weights I almost always get hung up so thats why I was testing out the lighter ones. Thanks for the info!
