Honestly the best way to teach a child their language is just by speaking to them in that language before they can even speak back and continuing to do so. They can easily develop fluency that way even in a foreign country.

The easy way to speak your language to your child is just by being. Just speak it to them as if you were back home or people from your tribe. They will pickup english. Im Haitian-American and that's excatly how my parents taught me. Creole is my 1st language and learned english in school around my peers in no time. They are babies they will pickup quickly and learn fast.
