Yeah! I think it really unlocks the potential of adaptive cycles and other gear, because they tend to be heavier and may not get the full physical strength of the rider as traditional equipment, e-assist can level the playing field a bit and empower these systems.

Amazing group with a wonderful mission. Some of the adaptations they make also benefit abled people. For instance, the heel straps on the first recumbent’s pedals are useful for anyone as it’s quite easy to take pressure off the pedals and let your feet slip off them, which can cause that foot to get sucked under the trike when in motion.
