Adaptive Meshing in CST

It is often difficult to gauge what a converged mesh would be in CST using either the T solver or F solver, especially for beginners. In this case it is best to set adaptive meshing where the mesh will become denser and denser until the results don't change - a converged mesh - that the software generates itself. In this video the adaptive mesh settings are shown for both the F and T solvers.

I designed my project in TD and I get good results, then I designed the same project in FD but the results not the same? How can adaptive them? Could you help me please !
