What's the difference between the double tube and single tube Sprague? And what's more recommended between the two?

Aly, two-tube designs provide better stereo separation allowing you to hear the subtle characteristics of heart sounds and murmurs more distinctly. But the one-tube design is lighter, 5.7 oz vs 7 oz, which optimizes for comfort.
