Thanx in a million sir, The exact solution that i needed starts @ 3:23 Image at background with cell editing with all data printable. I am dentist😅 i needed it to give my patient the treatment estimate on my old prescription photo. Just to b a creative !! 😅

you might have the fine tune the image itself your image editor of choice for insertion into Excel

An image is repeated to fill out the sheet area, so the other option is to increase the image size
