Where can I find fire for a propane outdoor fire place? Those flames are in a line and much short flames. Thanks!

good question! might be something you have to take extra photos of at your next opportunity, or scour your existing. ;) good luck and thanks for your comment!

I am a photo editor real estate. How do I find a job in Fiverr?I need some message for that.

That's funny because if the fireplace doesn't work and needs to be repaired before being fireplace ready then the realtor has to pay to have it fixed or their reputation ruined.

hey, thanks for your comment and for watching the video. you're not wrong either! although there's some element of 'buyer beware' and a responsibility to provide their own due diligence through home inspections, asking questions, etc. Its still a good skill to have. Just today for instance, shot a place, and not everything was photo-ready upon my arrival, the fireplace was eventually turned on for video however, I had already shot stills in that room, so I've added fire to the fireplace. also, when youre concerned about these matters, its always smart to deliver the original and the photoshopped copy, and then the onus is on the realtor to decide which one is more appropriate to use. As a photographer, I produce images as requested, but im not there to supervise the realtor and the operation of their business. anyways, all the best and thanks for stopping by.

btw, if you watched, I do mention exactly what you've said as far as considerations with the realtor to ensure you're not misrepresenting, around (0:45) in the video, right off the hop!

@@cgardinerphoto Understandable, the responisibility is ultimately up to the realtor to ensure the client is fully informed.

@@MidnightTheory absolutely agree! and this is why there should be two experienced realtors in every transaction; the listing agent's job is to market a property in its best light for the seller and net them top dollar, and the buying agent's job is to ensure their client is fully informed and not overpaying for said property, exactly as you've stated ;) thanks again for the chit chat! and welcome to KZbin, I see you're new around here. Are you a fellow real estate media provider like myself? Ive got lots more tips on my channel about how to create high quality marketing for properties, as well as some other avenues in photo and video - you might like to have a look around.
