Add job via AddAvailableJob call

A new job can be added to the JobManagement via the "AddAvailableJob" method.
The minimum requirements for a new job are a name and the NominalParts.
In some cases, depending on the client used and the version of the client, it may be necessary to define further values.
Calling this method also returns an output argument, which provides further useful information.
Further possible output arguments can be found in the OPC UA Operating instruction under JobChangeStatus.
Important for adding jobs to VC1-E control:
The Job Management menu cannot be open while a new job is being sent.
