Тоже была проблема с хоппером пурпурного цвета, шнек оторвался, писал ошибку добавьте тонер, разобрал и клеил на 3 секундный клей, пол года уже как работает:) Спасибо за подробное видео, смотрю Вас, вы лучший:)

Yes, the MPC3500 were simpler because usually replacing the toner pump, or replacing the rubber in the pump solved the problem. My problem now is My printer Ricoh Mpc6004 has the problem with black printing, black printing was faded... change the new black PCU from normal working printer it can print about 100 or 200 page and it faded again, SP mode force toner supply nothing better, but when move the PCU from this fault machine to new one it working,. The Ricoh MP2001L are very good copiers. If you've replaced all parts of 60,000 copies, you should be fine. But make sure you did the TD sensor initialization after replacing the developer? If you want to install a new developer unit, remember that you need to initialize the TD sensor after the installation. The problem you describe is a typical symptom of worn parts. You did not say what the counter in the photocopier is, and this is the most important information. However, remember that after every 600,000 pages you have to replace the Maintenance Kit, or at the same time you need to replace: Fuser Unit, Developer Unit, Drum Unit, Top Filters, Left Side Filters, Transfer Belt Unit. W modelach IMC3000 IMC2500 MPC3004 MPC3504 możesz używać tonerów oryginalnych, a i tak ten problem może powstać, bo były wady konstrukcyjne dozownika toneru. Po pierwszej modyfikacji producenta problem nie ustąpił. Obecnie mamy drugą poprawkę producenta, czyli trzecią wersję dozownika, więc to raczej nie wina tonerów tylko sprzętu. Przykład czarny dozownik miał numer D1493240 poprawiono go na D0BQ3240 a potem na D0BQ3242. To nie wina tonerów.
