Yes, you can write but if you have a surname as Bhat then try to correct it else you will face problems in future.

Agar apke Marksheet par Mukul Kumar hai to Aadhaar Card me bhi update karwa lijiye aadhaar card update hone ke baad pan card correction ya new apply kar lijiye. Fir passport ke liye apply kijiye. Agar marksheet me Kumar nahi hai to thoda lamba process hoga. Sabse pahle affidavit First Class Magistrate karwaiye fir gazette notification karwaiye Delhi se.

Gazette notification is acceptable for name or surname changing. If Aadhaar centers are not accepting then you have to apply yourself using mobile number login. Hopefully it will be helpful for you.
