Sir ipc 34,me bhi sabhi person liable honge or sec 37 me bhi th in dono m anter kya h plz btaye ?? Clr nhi hua thoda sa कई person द्वारा kiya jana koi ak offence Ya कई कार्यों द्वारा kiya jana koi ak offence anter kya h sir ?????

Sec 4(3) Agar fine ka amount half pay kar diya half nhi kiya tab calculation kaise hogi imprisonment ki
