I've lived on the Olympic Peninsula my whole life. The Saltwater fishing is so good with the Salmon, Lingcod, Crab and Halibut I have never even tried river fishing... I think thats gonna change.

Takes me back to trout fishing the upper Kenai in AK and hooking 25-35lb salmon on micro light gear. Forget reeling it up, you go down stream with the fish.
