Isn't it funny that that kaze has the same intro as Ronnie does but different in their bios. For example or something kaze comes though the bus station just like what Ronnie did in his bio but kaze in her bio went up the ramp in the old construction site but in Ronnie's intro he went up the ramp. You should upgrade the transmission and engine, don't forget about turbo/supercharger too. These four things are important for highspeed. Oh yeah, i suggest you to upgrade the tires and brakes, useful for handling. Especially, for sharp turns. You are welcome

Look at the speedometer. It's in km/h. You're probably using the Imperial system (miles per hour).
