Some of the best metal bands from Nepal are: - Disorder (thrash) - Jugaa (hardcore with metal influences) - Binaash (brutal death metal) - Dying Out Flame (Vedic/Hindu death metal) - Ugra Karma (death metal; but you can ignore their 2001 album which was not very good but was still influential) - Kalodin - Antim Grahan (huge variance in quality across albums though)
