Adding a new keycard on Renualt when KEYCARD NOT DETECTED error shows

Is a genuine but 2nd hand Renault Scenic key ever locked and unable to be coded to a different Scenic. I have bought keys from a well known local car dismantler/recycler.

4:25 Something is weird here. How can i insert a card and turn the ignition on when the key isn't programmed yet? The message says: "Please insert key 1 and give on ignition and press OK". It is saying "give on ignition", isn't that the same as turning on the ignition?

My key cards were defective from the cover, I then exchanged them and my daughter magically removed a transponder, so ordered 2 new ones and the key only works at 315 MHz, but the system normally works at 433 MHz, so neither of those work for me ZV still the keyless go, I can unlock the immobilizer and start the car, but nothing more, If I use the original transponder, I get the message Key not recognized. An idea ?

You can find a lot of info on the UK Renault forum to help you determine if you have the capability of cruise control on your car. I recommend buying a used headlight-cruise control bezel from a junk yard to interface with a wiring harness that is fastened to the back side of your bezel, it has a white connector on it. Reason is the instructions on the forum are not detailed enough for this connector pin out. If you have what is necessary on the car, add what is needed. The only programming needed is usually for the indicator lights on the instrument cluster. You will need to find a shop that has a full service interface and computer program that allows you to activate the lights. My dealer refuses to activate them, they tell me it was not part of the cars program from the factory. Good luck!
